Client Paced:
Another highlight of the programs involves the time to complete your sessions. Once you feel you have mastered one week you simply move on to the next. If you want to redo another week, it's up to you. You progress at your own pace.

Your nutrition assessment is customized detailing your calorie goals with the appropriate number of carbohydrate, protein, and fat food BARS. Simple and fun tools to make losing weight easy!
What is a Food BAR?
A food BAR is a food group arranged by similarities in food values. Bread is in the same food BAR (carbohydrate) as cereal, pasta or potatoes. Oils and nuts are in the same food BAR (fat) as salad dressing and margarine. Fish and poultry are in the same food BAR (lean meat) as low-fat cheese and eggs. You will receive your personalized meal plan (total number of carbohydrate, protein, and fat blocks) when you register for one of our weight loss programs.
Food BAR Tools
We have developed two tools to keep track of your calories without the hassle of counting calories. These include the Food BAR Tracker and Food BAR Calculator. Simply plug in the numbers into the calculator and it will compute the number of carbohydrate, fat, and protein Food BARS. To keep track of your Food BARS simply click on the appropriate Food BAR under each food category. Once you have eaten your recommended BARS for the day, you're done. It's that simple.
